How can I get an item repaired?
Repairs at Raniwala are meticulous. We'll start by asking you to send us images of the jewelry piece at online@polkistories.com
Once we review the images, we’ll get back to you with a repair quote. In some cases, our master jeweler will need to inspect the product in person.
If you are satisfied with our quote, you may return the item for repair. Please note that shipping costs will be at your expense.
Will there be any variation in the final product?
We use natural gemstones, each with its own unique character, including slight differences in color, inclusions, and clarity. Additionally, our jewelry is handcrafted in precious metal, so minor differences in finish or setting details may occur. These subtle variations are not imperfections—they are a testament to the authenticity and artisanal nature of each piece, making your jewelry truly one of a kind.

What payment methods are available?
All payments on the Website are securely processed through our payment gateway partner. We accept credit and debit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Razorpay.
I didn't receive an order confirmation, but my payment was debited. What should I do?

Is it safe to use my credit card?
Absolutely! Your credit card information is 100% safe with us. We use secure encryption and fraud protection for all credit card transactions.
Can I pay with 2 different credit cards?

Do you accept payment through installments?
No, at the moment payment through installments is not available but we are working on it. For more information on this you can connect our purchase assistant.
RETURN & EXCHANGE
Can I return my order?
For any return, please inform us promptly or within three (3) business days from the date of receipt of your order with a video clip and necessary photographs (necessary for RJPL’s verification purpose). You must inform/notify us for the same by sending an email on online@polkistories.com.
Can I exchange my order more than once?
The purchase can be returned within 48 hours after delivery. 35% will be deducted from the invoice. GST / Taxes & duties are not refundable.
What if I can't find a suitable product for exchange?
RJPL will replace the items free of charge if possible or issue a refund for the purchase price of the goods to the credit/debit card used for online shopping. We will refund the purchase price of the jewellery and the shipping charges. Refunds will only be made after we have received the shipment in its original packaging.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY
What is the cost of shipping?
We offer Free Standard Shipping in India.
Do you ship overseas? What is the shipping cost for international orders?
Yes, we do. In fact, we offer free shipping on international orders above $3000.
However, Orders below $3000 costs INR 7000. Please note that local import duties and taxes may be applicable, and these will need to be covered by you.
What is the estimated time of delivery?
Orders for products tagged with 'Express Shipping'(ready to ship) will be processed
and shipped within 1-3 business days via standard shipping. Make-on-order items will be shipped through standard shipping by our official logistics partners within 7-21 business days, once payment reflect in our account. Order placed on Sunday & public holidays will begin processing the following business day. In rare cases, a slight delay might be caused due to unforeseen circumstances (or) any change in government policies, etc.. Shipping & delivery to Metro cities or locations will be faster.
I have already placed my order. Can I change my shipping address now?
Yes, for Ready to ship order please inform us within 24 Hours and for Made to Order within 72 Hours.

What if I'm not available when the order is delivered?
Before the shipment is ready for delivery, you'll receive an email notification from the carrier. In case you aren't available, they'll attempt the delivery next day so on and so forth thrice.
What happens if my package is lost during shipment?
We don't want that to happen to anyone. But just in case it does, you don't need to worry. Our packages are fully insured and we'll take full responsibility if yours is lost in transit. It generally takes 8-10 working days for the carrier to investigate and declare the package lost.

On international orders, do I pay customs fees to RJPL or the shipping carrier?
You will have to pay the applicable duties, VAT, taxes or surcharges levied or charged by the respective country directly to the shipping carrier. They'll take care of everything when they contact you for delivery.
