Polki Stories by Raniwala 1881
Raniwala 1881's new line reimagines the centuries-old features of opulent handcrafted jadau and polki jewellery. The result is a beautiful reinvention of royal art of traditional craftsmanship, deconstructed into a niche style. The resulting selection is a true contemporary style, comprising stylish earrings, necklaces, stackable bracelets, chunky rings and many more.
Versatile and chic occasion-wear, Polki Stories by Raniwala 1881 is spirited and modern, in the richness of gold, flat-cut polki with a gorgeous colour pallete of gemstones.
Rooted in Beawar, the legacy of Raniwala began as a collector of fine jewellery and crafts of Rajasthan. Rai Bahadur Champalal was a connoisseur of gems and stones from an early age, with an astute eye for flair and opulence of jewellery. The walls of the majestic haveli and family temple reflect the history of the royal past.
As custodians of traditional jewels, the Raniwala family showcases treasured collections. Artisanal techniques, finest gemstones and intricate settings coalesce to form award-winning jewellery that combines the old and the new. The gems echo the imperial history of the land, and the rich promise of a brand that embraces time and has evolved with it.
