Activation and Validity:

The Polki Stories Gift Card will be activated immediately upon receiving payment.
The Gift Card is valid for 6 months from the date of activation. Once the card is activated, it must be used within the validity period, and any unused balance will be forfeited upon expiry.

Usage:

The Polki Stories Gift Card can only be used once for a single transaction, up to the available balance on the card. Once the balance is fully used or the card expires, it cannot be reused or reloaded.

Redemption Locations:

The Gift Card can be redeemed only online at www.polkistories.com or offline at Polki Stories Atelier.
The Gift Card cannot be redeemed on any other third-party platforms or partner outlets.

Purchase Limitations:

The Gift Card is valid for jewellery purchases only and cannot be redeemed for cash, coins, or any other products available at Polki Stories by Raniwala 1881.

Partial Payments:

If the value of the Gift Card is less than the total purchase amount, the customer is responsible for paying the remaining balance via an alternate payment method.

Lost or Stolen Cards:

Polki Stories by Raniwala 1881 will not be responsible for any lost or stolen Gift Cards. The balance amount on a lost or stolen card will not be refunded or replaced.

Refunds & Returns:

No refunds or returns are permitted for Gift Cards once purchased. All sales of Gift Cards are final.

Transferability:

The Polki Stories Gift Card is non-transferable and may not be resold, redeemed for cash, or exchanged for any other forms of payment.

Expiration:

The Gift Card will expire 6 months from the activation date. After this period, any remaining balance will be forfeited.
